suncrazie, it also depends what area u are located in/economy,traffic etc.. I would worry about customers before competition.
In my area .. big city(they all are go..go..go)...low
income, students... its all about shopping around for good prices, and getting the best deal..spend money on tanning, but r to broke to make the their rent..lol
unity.. dont think u's seem less friendly.. it might just be the charm of youre salon( like a restaurant without a menu..love it!) But it sound like a more relaxed/upscaled area?
