We have many that tan for psoriasis. One so severe that we must take the room out of service for an hour to clean thoroughly. ( Be careful putting someone in your stand up depending on where the fans exhaust to.) I find they do fine in any unit and we recommend 2-3x a week until cleared and then typically can maintain with just once a week for about 1/2 the maximum session time.
