doesn't matter the bed. They are all rated on TIME TO BURN and is regulated by a timer so therefore 10min max bed = 20min max bed (not really but kinda sorta)

Just put them in a base bed and start em out slow. Do 2 times a week and once on the weekend.

%UVB means almost nothing.
