If an employee does not go the extra mile (like wash the room mirrors when its slow) they are not worth anything to me, period.
See who is working hard, those are the ones you want to keep and help them/ train them to sell up.
As mentioned above, very often people sell what they use and like. It sure happens around here! Speed of Light from DS was a top seller, probably because the entire staff was using it!
