hey guys,

Im 19. and im a new manager at a salon i work at, im tryin to really get the girls sales up its seems that im selling fine but the girls arent as well. I think they are afraid of selling the hire end bottles. What can i do to help them we have bonuses every month for them but it seems not all girls even pay attention to them! each girl works about 20 hours a week. In your opinion how much in product in retail shoud they be selling?
