I have had psoriasis almost my whole life. I have done everthing from a-z. The one thing that always worked was when I treated it with the sun. I used to go to the Dr. for treatments and that became very expensive. ($10.00 co-pay every session) I tried a 1 month unlimited (5 or 6 days a week) at a local tanning salon and I was amazed with the results after several weeks. That was 15 years ago. Been doing it ever since. I start in March and clear by May. Depending on the weather, I will take sessions here and there throughout the summer.
