Call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and ask them
"How many email's can i send out in a month from (outlook / outlook express)"
They will most likely respond with 200 - 400.
I'm pretty sure your client database is much larger than this so when it sends out the email it will send up to the point of the limit your ISP has (200 - 400)
Another thing you might wanna test out is this.
Some ISP's will only allow you to use "there" SMTP server.
I know that verizon will not let you send mail through (example) gmail's outgoing email server. You "have" to use verizon's.
So what ever email settings that you would put into outlook/outlook express for your ISP you wanna put those same settings in your software program.
Then what i usually have my clients do is make a customer. cust name is (first name : A) (last name : 1_a_customer) and have the email address on that profile to be yours.
That way no matter what you will always get the first email that is sent out.
