All good stuff there from everyone. YES, a thousand times YES!!!! You MUST have a "Refer a friend" program year round and promote it vigorously, every day, at every opportunity. Make changes and have "drives" from time to time to spur excitement and results. Your existing tanning base is the least expensive, highest ROI marketing dept. you will ever have! There is probably a ton of info on here about different methods, rewards, promotions, etc. to help you get some ideas.
