Employees can tan in what ever bed they'd like as many times as they like. I even let employees at my other business tan for free. C'mon, even if they choose to tan every day it's only costing less than $20 a month for all that advertising! I make that up in the lotion they buy at salon cost (not my cost)! If your employees are using your best bed, they're more apt to sell your best bed... It works great when a reprimand is in order as well. If your employee is late to work or calls in too many times start making them pay for lotions at customer cost or take away free tanning for a few weeks. If they don't care, get rid of them and find someone who appreciates their benies!
