on the days they work, they can tan free in any bed they want before or after their shift. on the days they do not work, they can tan for half price in any bed they choose. as far as lotion, I give them a bottle for their birthday and christmas and they can buy whatever they want at my cost. i also use them for testing with samples when trying out new lotion and they love that. it really helps to keep employees on high end lotion (especially if they are school or college age) so they tell their friends what they use. if their friends buy for that reason, I give a bonus visit on top of commision if they sold it.
