I have Rosacea, and I really don't see much of an improvement from when I didn't tan. But, it's less noticable because I'm darker and it hides it a bit. But, if I don't wear foundation, people always ask if I'm burned. Which is not good for a salon owner, so needless to say... I never go out without makeup.
We're not a regulated state though... so we haven't had an issue with it.
