All I can say about this whole Vit D thing is, D is for "Duh!"! We're not friggen trogladytes for Christ's sake! What would the "Establishment" have us do, run in around in UV-Proof suits and live in caves all day?! For crying out loud, NOTHING grows or lives without sunlight! Maybe a few amphibians in the deepest depths of the seas maybe, and some actual cave-dwelling mammals, but not humans! I really can't believe this farce has reached the stage of "cultural acceptance" that it has. Sheep - that's all we are. In this age of "information", we're bombarded with messages, of all sorts - but mostly with messages that want us to act, and more imprtantly "spend" in one way or another. There has been overwhelming research in favor of sun exposure for years, yet the "anti-sun" message is the one most prevalent in the media. Why is that?
