If you have to hire a lawyer, even if you win you lose. It would cost you a great deal of money to defend yourself, it would cost them nothing. The question you have to ask yourself
is would I lose any business from her not tanning and if I did, is it worth me trying to defend myself. My daughter was expecting during the last busy season and did not tan. My sales were higher this year than last. In fact a lot of people came to the salon just to see how she and the baby were doing.

My experience is that they don't stop buying because a pregnant woman is not tan.
