I normally totally disagree with HOTSTUFF,but he has a valid point.Is it worth the cost of lawyers,court fees,attending court hearings,lawyer fees and oh yea,lawyer fees.
I worked for "BIG" companies."Big" companies have "Big" money.MY old boss use to say,I got 50 million I can spend on attorneys,so don't worry about it.
If you can afford to duke it out in court,then go for it.Otherwise try your best to bend and not break any rules.
