Angelcat, before you do anything you need to talk to a lawyer about what you can and can not do with this employee. The law says that you can not discriminate against someone that is expecting. You could open up a can of worms that would not be in your favor.
Some of the people on here are telling you they would do this or they would do that, but their salon is not on the line, yours is. I would be very carefull about how you proceed with this employee. You need to cross every t and dot every i because if you don't, it may be her salon and not yours.
