As a employee of a tanning salon, she is well aware of the criticism and bad press we get. THere are so many uninformed pregnant women who come in to cancel their membership because they don't want to "harm the baby." I am using the fact that I am pregnant and tanning to speak up against the ignorance. I just assumed (I know) that she would do the same.

Let me add that we have the same Doctor and not ONCE has he ever said anything to either of us about tanning. Her husband simply refuses to let her...because he said so. *gag me*

I called her last night & told her to talk to her husband over the next couple of days & figure out what he's going to "allow her" to do. *barf* SHe asked me what was going to happen if she said she can't do either one. I told her I wasn't sure at the moment.

THe more I thought about it, I decided that I would demote her to bed cleaner if she won't tan or mystic. This way I am not firing her. THis whole situation makes me very said because I truly need her right now. I have very little turnover on the front & the thought of hiring and training someone makes me sick!
