I hope this doesnt up set you at all...but I have to disagree with you. I have 4 children. If I felt that for any reason that doing something that my boss told me to do might harm my unborn child Id hit the road. I understand she is working at a tanning salon yadda yadda she should be tan...and if you have a Mystic I dont see why she wouldnt do that either. It seems as though since this woman has gotten pregnant youve had something to say about it quite a bit. Are you perhaps just looking for some reason to let her go?

You have to understand, regardless whether she blames it on her husband or not, most women who are pregnant with child tend to play by the "rules" because they arent educated about them. We try to protect our children from harm from the time they are just cells splitting in the womb. Can you tell this women 100% that if she goes into a booth that there wont be fetal damage or miscarriage? Im not saying this in a manner to sound like an a$$. Maybe I need to be educated as well.
