I need some help

My friend purchased a residential tanning bed in june and about after a month she got it there was a lamp in the canopy that wasn't working so she called the company and they told her that it probably got loose during shipping and to take the acrylic out and adjust it. So she did and all was fine until about a month ago.
The lamp stopped working again(same one) so she did the same thing and it worked for about 4 tans and then she said it stopped working again. So I told to switch that lamp with a different one and she did. So I get a phonecall from her today saying that she was tanning and she heard a little popping noise and I bright burst of light and the lamp went out. So she finished her tan and turned it back on and now it isn't working. So does anyone know what I can do to help her?
