Fans usually don't die. They slowly die. To go from working to not working there is probably a short in the wiring or the thermorelay (if that's what it's called) isn't working and isn't switching the fan on. Although I can't see them having one for each fan. I would think that when one turns on they all turn on but dunno.

I'd tear it apart and follow some wires around.
