I've had my Sunvision Elite 30-3F for 2 years and have had no problems until now. Of course right as the warranty expired. The problem is that one of the facial tanners will not illuminate, even after changing the lamp. I called ETS and they told me that I needed to replace the lamp holders as sometimes the porcelain cracks. I did this...still no luck in illuminating that particular facial lamp. And yes, I did test the
bulbs to make sure they are good. Anyone else have a similar problem with this unit?
