Yeah but a lot of times the reason the rent is what it is is due to the area being PRIME LOCATION. usually due to an ANCHOR store that attracts the customers.
If that store dries up, so will the rest of the mall unless it's filled with another anchor.
That sucks. I'd be ****** too but the owner of the place might be knee deep in debt and can't really afford to drop rent.
Tough times we live in. Got wild fires and droughts started by Al Queda to deal with so you'll be next in line.
