WOW...I'm shocked!!! I sold my Salon in 2001 and have had thoughts of opening again. I actually had an excellent working relationship w/Craig the owner of RYCO!!! The man was incredibly knowledgeable about the industry. I know he was designing and building beds and even talked briefly of having my husband do onsite installation/repairs for him. We were getting ready to expand...and i was set to order about 6 of his beds....but then I had an offer I couldn't refuse and i sold the business! Is Craig still the owner?
