I have a round fan that I use. I just throw a towel over it. I do have an idea that I am thinking of trying. Using batting for quilting, sewing a layer of cotton/fabric on the outer side that wont be facing the fan. Then using velcro (the kind that actually has an adhesive side) to hold it in place. I have yet to try it but it sounds good in theory...lol!!
