I hate it when a client wants a spray and comes back the next day to complain.

I sprayed this lady day before yesterday. Then Yesterday she comes in and says after her shower her daughter tells her she is orange. I don't do orange. Now I check her color and see only a darker area around the bottom of her feet other wise she looks great. I ask how old is your daughter...she says 9. I asked her if there is a history of her daughter pulling her chain, and if she knew she was worried about turning orange. She said yeah, of course. I said I think your daughter is pulling your chain good.

She leaves and comes back 1 hour later to say, although her hair stylist is asking where she tans, and wants to come here, and the lady at the grocery store told her that her tan looked wonderful, she wants to know how she can get it off, cause daughter dearest is saying she is orange. I told her to exfoliate everyday evenly, and it should be gone in 2 or 3 days.

I don't get it, how do you take the word of a bratty 9 year old over people who comment and don't know you. DUMB A@$.
