well if employee incentive is there you DEF got a problem.

something i did was come up with a few sayings that i require my employees to say(including myself). this would bring up the lotion questions and if its being used or not.

id bet your employees are just getting the cleints name or id # and sending them off.

they need to be communicating with clients, asking things like

what lotion are you using today? do you need lotion today?

the best thing i could have ever done was offer all clients a 20% discount on lotion bottles if they buy it with a package. this alone brought up the whole lotion topic and gave us a opportunity to explain the benefits. we ask even if they have a lotion sitting right in front of us.

we also always ask the clients if they need lotion or anything else for their visit today.
