this is not about a tannig lamp but i figured someone who knows about this stuff could elaborate on it
i just put 2 new
lamps in my outdoor sign and 1 of them is looking strange....inside the lamp it looks like the light is swirling (alot) which is causing it to kinda flash.
could this be a bad lamp. ive never seen anything like it
