You need to keep in mind that this is the same company that sells Lumiere and all the promises they made, hard to beleive that they can stop (or even try or want to for that matter) if they can't control their own diversion. Isn't cutting the price from $32k to less than half of that a form of diversion in the sense that it devalues the product? At that time Ray & Tony themselves made very big promises of Lumiere being the next Mystic, as they were using the same marketing company and would be acheiving huge national exposure. They also said Lumeire would NEVER be sold to Dayspas. Obviously never one of these ever transpired. Recently those of us that were original purchasers were given a slap in the face when they dropped their price to less than half of what we paid. So much for loyalty to those customers who supported them during the early years, they effectively reduced the value of our machines to almost nothing. Why am I using this forum to vent rather than talk to Lumiere directly? I have tried, I have left Tony Case several voicemails as well as emails but to date he has not responded to any attempts I have made. Maybe if enough of us complain he will be forced to respond. I'm still waiting for his return call...
