Re: Anti virus removed reports in Helios 11.4

I would backup Helios Data folder (if you have new client info added since the problem) to an external drive, thumb drive, CD or floppy. You can then restore your computer to the day before.
If the problem with this is still that you have a virus I would try using AVAST instead and see if that works. If you use Avast make sure you set it to do a BOOT scan as well.

Unfortunately AVG Free edition won't give you tech support it's not designed for business use.
