I am sorry to hear that you are having these issues with TanTrack. All of us here at Nichesoft work together as a team to make running your business as easy as possible.
We do send out fully functional demos of our products to customers before purchase so that they can test out the software and make the appropriate choice. If you have purchased TanTrack and would prefer to switch to BeautyTrack, we are happy to do that for you within 30 days of the original purchase. Just contact our sales department to make arrangements.
If you decide not to keep TanTrack or BeautyTrack, you are welcome to sell it to another salon directly, but from what I have read in your post you are able to do what you said you were trying to do. Please give us a call and let us help you get our software doing what you need it to do.
