I purchased 4 new holidays, 2 silver stars and an LP3. Every bed is working except one holiday. I received them in Aug and have waited almost 1 month for someone to fix one holiday. No one to fix the bed in Northern CA. I was worried about this because my teckie told me not to buy these beds if no technical service is available from the manufacturer. He even called the manufacturer and he advised me to walk. I did not listen!!!!!!!!
Great beds. LP3 best bed I own. If I could my whole salon would only be LP3's and silver stars.

Do not tell me to call the person whom I purchased them from emails are not returned.
Just want the bed working..........What about warranty??
