People!! Don't continue using a program that sucks as bad as Helios!! Instead of spending several days a year for the rest of your life dealing with Helios problems, switch NOW to another software company so you don't have to deal with this crap anymore. I did and and not only is the new software a million times better, they denfinetly don't have total bull#$% things like this happen!
