we are done with helios as our cc processor after tonight. This is completely unacceptable.

You can close out your sale by going to system settings and unchecking "use credit module verification"

Otherwise you have to close out all your sales to cash or check and to ring them back up you need to void all your sales and rering them.

5 other stores with other merchants for our swipe transactions and have never been down once. I switch one store over to helios becuase they tell me its well worth the $50 extra in fees they charge with who I typically use....and what to i get, 2 or 3 outages that last for several days. Thankfully I didnt listen to them when they recommended switching over all 5.
