How far does it go in the install? If not at all what you can try is RIGHT CLICK THE ICON and choose PROPERTIES.
Then click on COMPATIBILITY tab up top.
CHECK the box and choose WINDOWS XP.
Now try to run it.

the install of tantrack? there was no compatibility tab on it.
