We don't pay rent anymore, so, I don't really have anything of "value" to add to this thread. (Like that's ever stopped me - hehe) Really though, don't "focus" on overhead - put your focus instead on "income"! Now, I know this sounds like another round of metaphysical BS from ole crazy Belvy; but seriously, focus more on the solution (customers!) and less on the problems (bills), and watch your problems just fade into the distance.
