I have an ULTRASUN with lamp not coming on the LEDs on control pannel have 00 on them but they won't change. Nothing works. I just got it and plugged it in to my dryer socket. It was running in the place of biz. And they had it running on a computer so the people could not change time setting. Can anybody help????
