Hate to say this, but it sounds like you are going to have to make your own wiring diagram.

Start with what is there. Then analyze the diagram to see if it should work. If it should, then you've missed something assuming all the parts you replaced are good. If the circuit that you come up with in your diagram dosn't make sense, then design your own circuit.

Are there any ciruit boards in the lift circuit?
