Does anyone have one of these? We have had one for One year, and it has been repaired FIVE times...it is embarrassing...

to always have an OUT OF ORDER sign on the room....

$13000 might as well have flushed that right down the toilet...

What a waste....

same with our Avantgard....Got soaked for 20k when we bought that, one year later our distributor who we paid to move it broke it and told us it was a piece of junk and that we should just buy a new Excellence..

The most help we have got from Ergoline is they mailed us a replacement of the same defective part that broke.

Dont count on ERGOLINE for anything except taking your money.....

When you have a problem...poof they disappear.
