In my mind this was a HUGE mistake. I will never carry a line that does not have packets. Putting lotion in cups is unprofessional for a high end salon. I will never go there.

Is the lack of packets because they are rushing the line to the market? Or will there never be packets of this line?

We love the Tanology line BUT cannot go with the Spa line because of this. What were they thinking?
