Re: Facial not coming on

If your lamps are all going out and it is happening at one time, you are looking at a problem with either leg of the 220v coming into the facial contactor. The 220v it gets is power from the bed contactor so I would do a voltage check at the facial contactor. It could be a burnt contactor, loose electrical connector at the contactor or the capacitors. Either way it is like turning off the facials during the session, they will take 3-5 minutes to power back on (safety feature to keep lamps from overheating). But you are looking at a voltage issue on one of the legs of the 220v, guarenteed.
