Re: Leadership Tips

I think these are good items for a leader. One of the most important things of a leader #3 gets the right people in the right jobs. As a leader you have to know your strengths and weakness and find team players who can compliment them. You need to be able to identify each team member’s weakness and strengths. A leader has to encourage and use their strengths to get things done. Then you work on their weaknesses. If you had some one who is very creative and coming up with ideas but doesn’t do the best job at cleaning and chores. You would use their strength and have them do the monthly or weekly promotions, while assigning them less chores. Then use the other team member who isn’t as creative but loves to clean as the main one to do the chores. You would want to use those abilities to the fullest. This makes them feel important and lets them know they have a place. Employees will not know what their strengths or weakness are unless you tell them.
