When I was younger I thought you treated each employee the same............I found you can`t. Each person will respond different. Later in life I found you just need to treat each employee fairly. May sound the same if you don`t know what I am talking about.......Some needs pushed more than others. Some will not respond will if pushed........Treat them fair and find out what makes them want to work...................I guess this is what you just said Sundude.........so I concur!!
