Re: Facial not coming on

I would start with connections to the ballast (under the bed I believe) - make sure they are not burned at all and are tight. Next I would look at the cord connection on the back of the tray (there should be two cords going to the canopy I think) - check to make sure there are no burned or loose pins. Lastly, I would check the connections into and out of the ignitor for that cartridge. Does the problem move around at all, or is it always this one position even if you put a new lamp in?
