I exfoliate the days I'm going to tan. I use a good
moisturizer everytime after I shower. You want a good moisturized not to just keep your skin from drying out but to repair dna damage. There are some very good ones you want to look for they should have caffeine, green tea, grape seed extract and I'm told theraplexan.
