I use this for my acne and it helps me every time saving Face by disigner skin it got Q-10 and Zink in it and it dryed up my acne from when I first started tanning and I don't cover my face with a towel. Some times I forget to put it on before I go in and the UV rays help my acne and my acne was so bad on my chin and my T-Zone and I tried pritty much everything to get rid of it when I was younger and now I may have to occassional brake out and then I tan a
Couple of times and It is completely gone. The saving face is awesome tell them to try that and if that does'nt work then it might be the bulbs or something like that. Good Luck!
