1st one is in a shopping centre arcade with only one hair salon outside the arcade offering one sunbed to customers in the back room, and no other salons for at least a mile each way.

the 2nd one is out of town in a popular area with 2 other salons
one doing well the other not so well due to the staff and cleanliness, the premises were previously used as a tanning salon but the owner moved away (family commitments) but told me was doing very well regarding profits aprox £500pw low season at least and turnover good even tho other salons were close by.

any opinions? id be very gratefull thanks
