TanTrack ERROR??
TanTrack is not letting me start one of my beds due to "ERROR"
I have tried just about everything in my power to resolve the problem. I can manually start my bed...so it's not the bed with an ERROR.
My main timer box...CompuSUN is working properly for all other beds....
What gives??? My "tech-support" has expired...so in order to get any answers from TanTrack...I must pay $250. I was told otherwise....sorry we can't help you.
I'm a little upset....I just replaced an acrylic...and put in new bulbs for this bed.. Now my bed is just sitting there!..Meanwhile, i'm losing business and patience.
