Management for a Chain

We are a chain of salons 3, of them actually. We are looking to hire someone to run all three salons. Their duties, would be all employee maintenance, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, finances and so forth, and then also working in the salon.

Does anyone have any clue on what type of wage we should be offering. We offer no full time benefits, no vacation, and no paid time off, so I think the wage should be determined by that.

Can someone give us suggestions?
