Mikey ... there is really no way to avoid the transactions being recorded twice.
however ... one will be referred to as Revenue - when funds are received and the other Non-Revenue when the Prepaid dollars are used. Some reports allow you to select whether to include Non-Revenue on reports
To see them separately on the Department and Division report ... In your sales code setup put Prepaids into a separate dept and div so they can easily be reduced from the total |
