i have also developed these welps, but they have taken place on my chest .. to be more specific, they're on the inside area of my boobs ... they first started last year when i used a tanning oil to tan which i know you're not supposed to use .. but anyways. its disappeared and came back & so on...but it has reappeared again and started to spread up to my neck ... im going to the doctor tomorrow so if he finds out whats going on, i'll reply again and letcha know. hang in there!!!
