it all depends on what you want them to do. if you are looking for someone to serve as an assistant to an owner operator, absolutely. if you are looking for someone to run it for you, so you can pursue other interests or activities; probably not. i would definitely reccomend a salary plus commission structure. the most surefire way to get someone to care about your business is to make their
